I specialize in buying and selling all types of Real Estate. The Rockford Illinois real estate market is alive and well. It has always been one of the most affordable places to purchase real estate in the country.

BUYING. I spend the time to educate buyer's up front as to what to expect during the home buying process. This way you can relax, have fun and make it a pleasurable and memorable experience.

SELLING. Sellers need an agent that has knowledge, expertise and tools to market the home to target markets and because of this I do extensive internet marketing for all my homes. I also have a CENTURY 21 "Fine Homes & Estates" certification which gives me the marketing tools to market custom, luxurious homes.

CENTURY 21 MATURE MOVES PROGRAM. As a Mature Moves specialist I will help define goals and think ahead to future needs.  Whether or not you are wanting to downsize or move into a retirement community, I will help every step of the way.

FORECLOSURE. Pre-foreclosures aka "short sales". In this situation you need to know what is the next step.  Losing your home can be one of the most embarassing and hardest situations to have to go through and by selling your home  via "short sale" you will be able to move on with your life without damaging your credit.  I understand how difficult this process can be and I will work with you to make the process as easy as possible. Many real estate agents and their respective company's cannot council and advise the homeowners of all the options available to them but I will evaluate your situatuation and we will then decide what are the next steps to take.

INVESTMENT. Illinois also has some of the most affordable investment properties with the best cash flow and some of those are right here in in the greater Rockford area. I have worked with many investors from the Chicago area and western suburbs where many buyers are not able to purchase a home at this time but the rental market is very strong in this area.
